Business Growth

Our business is helping your business.

Liverpool Vision’s Business Growth Team has been working intensively with existing businesses who have the potential to grow and create jobs. This ERDF funded support has now come to an end, so the assistance is not currently available – but read on to find out how we have helped around 1000 businesses across the Liverpool City Region over the last 3 years.

As part of Liverpool Vision’s Investment Team, we have worked closely with established businesses to develop their potential to grow. Central to the Mayor of Liverpool’s ambition to create 20,000 new jobs in the city by 2017, we have provided specialized growth support through the ERDF Merseyside Business Support Programme. Working with high growth businesses across the city, we offered funded support in areas such as sales & marketing, business planning, tendering & procurement and financial management.

Alongside this, as part of the legacy of IFB 2014 and in preparation for IFB 2016 in Liverpool, we have been delighted to continue to offer support to high growth companies across the whole of Merseyside under an additional ERDF programme designed to help businesses reach new markets. Our no cost Business Brokerage Service enabled businesses to tap into the knowledge base and resources of a professional support team, ensuring that they are well equipped to pitch successfully at IFB2016 and maximize any opportunities that may present themselves in the interim period. On our website, you’ll find more information about the different ways to grow your business – along with details of useful events and interesting articles.
