New lettings secured at Central Village
Altrincham-based property developer Merepark has secured a trio of lettings at its £160m 'Central Village' scheme in Liverpool city centre.
The lettings total 15,000 sq ft and comprise tea and champagne bar Hamilton's and menswear retailer Giancarlo Ricci, both of which have taken 3,000 sq ft, and CD and DVD specialist That's Entertainment which is leasing 9,500 sq ft.
The Central Village project includes plans for three new hotels, offices, retail outlets, restaurants, bars, cafes and a new public car park.
Merepark has now pre-let more than 90,000 sq ft, in addition to the hotels and car park element, to Pure Gym and Indian restaurant chain Zouk Tea Bar and Grill among others.
The scheme is expected to contribute £100m to the city's economy when it is complete and will create approximately 3,000 jobs.
