New 'Bling Building' letting

Russell & Case, a new jewellery concept store for Liverpool, has taken more than 1,400 sq ft in the city's 'Bling Building'.
In a separate agreement, a further 2,500 sq ft has been taken by Herbert's Hairdressing Salon and School, which already occupies the ground, first, second and fifth floors.
The building comprises a mixture of retail and office accommodation over basement, ground and five upper floors.
Earlier this year, the Bling Building underwent a significant refurbishment and redesign of its entrance and communal areas including new signage, lighting, flooring and interior design.
Letting agent on the scheme is Mason Owen.
