Liverpool lettings market booming – City Residential

Liverpool city centre student accommodation demand is at all-time high according to a report released by property agency City Residential.
The report said positives in the market were that buyers are continuing to purchase the "better quality apartments in decent schemes".
In the lettings marker, City Residential said the market has performed "unbelievably well" with available stock levels at an all-time low as university students returned to the city in September.
City Residential managing director Alan Bevan said: "Both the sales and lettings market will always be at the mercy of the overall general health and well being of the city and on this front we must be delighted at the continued progress we are seeing as Liverpool blossoms and goes from strength to strength."
