Kitchen Share is the latest food development by Can Cook…
Kitchen Share learns from an American Model called Shared Kitchens – found in New York and San Francisco and growing into many more. So far no such facility exists in the UK.
Essentially, Can Cook Kitchen Share will be an Incubator for new and growing food businesses and their entrepreneur owners. Providing premises, equipment and training to enable each business to start off or expand, without having to commit to long-term rents or pay for expensive and often prohibitive capital equipment.
Our aim is to facilitate a route to market and growth by providing rental and training tariffs that fit to client/small business budgets.
Kitchenshare will be situated within the Can Cook Studio (Unit 20, The Matchworks, Speke Road, L19 2RF). We will still run as a cookery school, sharing the space with Kitchen Share.
The facility will host upto 40 small food businesses each day and rental can be for by the hour, day, or up to 1 year.
Food businesses in need of such premises may include those producing preserves, jams & chutnetys, sauces and purees, instant meals, cakes, artisan baking, pies, chocolate, ice cream and many many more.
As well as providing premises, equipment and storage space – Can Cook Staff will work alongside each business to assist with training and development. Our trained Chefs will provide masterclasses and our development manager will always be searching for for new market opportunities for the businesses involved in Kitchen Share.
