Shortlist announced for new Liverpool property award

The annual Insider Merseyside Property Dinner is just six weeks away, and the organisers want to hear from property professionals in the city region to help make the event even better.

For the first time, there will be an Outstanding Contribution Award. This award will seek to recognise an individual considered to have made an outstanding contribution to property and regeneration in the Liverpool city region.

The shortlist for the first year is: Steve Parry, managing director of Neptune Developments; Rod Holmes, chairman of The Mersey Partnership; Guy Butler, projects director, Grosvenor; and Chris Connor, director at Mason Owen. Attendees at the dinner will be invited to cast their votes from the shortlist.

The dinner this year, sponsored by Brabners Chaffe Street, Curtins Consluting and Kinglsey Assocaites; will be addressed by both Joe Anderson, leader of Liverpool City Council, and Max Steinberg, chief executive of economic development body Liverpool Vision. Both organisations face stiff challenges in keeping Liverpool on an upward curve and will enlighten the audience with their plans for the coming months and years.

If you would like to take one of the last few remaining tables for this hotly-anticipated dinner, please contact Claire Winstanley on 0161 907 9735 or at claire.winstanley@newsco.com
