Center Parks Chooses Uniform for £230m New Park

Uniform, is working with short break provider, Center Parcs on its prestigious new development in Bedfordshire.

Center Parcs Woburn Forest, the groupʼs fifth site, will cover 375 acres, with 700 lodges, an Aqua Sana spa, hotel and a nature centre. The new development was approved late last year and will be complete by 2013.

"Clearly this is an excellent project, working with one of the UKʼs premier leisure brands at a period of growth. Being involved at such an early stage has allowed us to build a close relationship, working together to identity the key points of difference," says Nick Bentley, director at Uniform.

Bentley added:

"This is a good example where weʼve been able to use our international experience in CG and film combined with our track record of building brands and increasing visitor numbers to destinations and attractions."

Don Camilleri, director of development at Center Parcs, said:

"Woburn Forest is an exciting project and will be our single biggest investment to date. We therefore need to communicate the vision and the quality of the product offer in terms of the state-of-theart facilities to a number of stakeholders at an early stage."

"Uniform worked with us in identifying the key features and attractions of the proposed village."

On the back of the Woburn project, the agency was also commissioned to work on the groupʼs existing estate, working with the team at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest.
