MIPIM
MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d’Immobilier) is the world’s premier real estate trade fair. Functioning as a global market place, MIPIM is held annually in Cannes and provides a unique opportunity for industry decision-makers to meet, develop long-term relationships and showcase their latest projects.
Over 3,500 top investors flocked to the 2010 event to discover new projects and opportunities, there were more cities present than ever before as well as around 17,300 delegates from 81 countries.
Liverpool has attended MIPIM since 2001 and during this time has successfully showcased the city's resurgence and rich cultural heritage, promoted investment opportunities and helped to drive future developments.
As well as offering a uniquely global perspective, MIPIM brought together investors and end-users to strike deals that shape the future of the real estate industry. MIPIM offered the opportunity to:
